Covid-19 UPDATE - DELIVERY IS NOW ONLY TO THE DOOR OR KERB SIDE .
Onus falls on the purchaser to arrange transit insurance if using their own couriers. We will only send via furniture couriers, not parcel firms. Our couriers are dedicated furniture couriers and are fully insured. Flat packed furniture will be delivered as is, the courier will not reassemble.
Couriers Terms. Please read before bidding.
The delivery must be mainland England or Wales. You, the buyer must provide a delivery address, landline number or a mobile number. Delivery will be by one driver, and so long as you, the buyer provides adequate assistance the driver will help you carry the item to your doorstep. The delivery company will provide a 2 hour delivery time slot for at least 48 hours in advance. There will be additional charges if you are unavailable at particular times, if you require assistance beyond your doorstep or if you require a faster service. Please email the seller beforehand and you will need to ask for a quote for the additional services.
The delivery service is a “green service”, based on consolidating deliveries within the same area. The target delivery time is 21 working days for England & Wales. Delivery will be faster than this in highly populated areas and may be slower in more remote regions. We, the sellers, will prepay the delivery company for one delivery attempt. The delivery company will make a re-charge for subsequent delivery attempts.
Refunds & Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy for all online purchases. The buyer though is responsible for shipping costs. All uncollected / undelivered stored items are charged at £10 per item per week ( larger items £25 ) unless agreed in writing.
